TERMS AND CONDITIONS
 
Before 11 a.m.  

Canon head office's Customer Care Center
Camera products accepted before 11a.m. will be repaired and ready for collection the same day before 8p.m.

Canon Concept Stores located in KLCC & Mid Valley Shopping Centre.

Camera products accepted before 11a.m. will be repaired and returned to store on same day before 10p.m.
After 11 a.m.   Camera products accepted after 11a.m. will be repaired and ready for collection on next working day.

NOTES

  • Service of the camera product(s) is subjected to the spare parts availability and condition of the product(s).

  • Express Service is subjected to the Express Service charges to be borne by the customer.

  • Canon will proceed with the Express Service upon confirmation from customer.

  • Should there be any part(s) to be replaced, customer will be notified on the total cost prior to the repair.

  • Should the camera product(s) is still within the Warranty Terms and Condition, it will be charge at 50% of the Express Service charges.

  • In the event that the total repair price quoted is rejected, customer is still liable to pay for the Express Service charges.

  • In the event the repair(s) cannot be completed within the stipulate time then the standard service charges will be applicable.
