Technicial Representative Based in Head Office & All Branches

  • Provide field service support on printers and multifunction office equipment.

  • Degree / Diploma / Certificate in Electronic Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in office automation industry or IT related fields.
  • Preferably with knowledge of Information and Communication Technology (ICT).
  • MCP or MCSE Certification will be an advantage.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel extensively for field service support.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Fresh graduates without working experience are also encouraged to apply for entry level Technician positions.

Account Manager (Direct Sales-Sme) Based in Head Office & All Branches

  • Promote digital multifunction system (with print, copy, fax, scan and e-mail functions) and related solutions to potential direct customers in the corporate market (Territorial).
  • Implement sales strategies to source for new business opportunities.
  • Responsible for managing and servicing customer accounts and maintaining a high level of sales achievement in targeted market segments.

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or IT related field.
  • Fresh graduate will be considered.
  • Candidates with sales experience, especially in selling office automation equipment, IT systems and solutions or networking products will have an advantage.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Independent, analytical, well groomed, results-driven and ready to take up new challenges.
  • Possess own transport.

Credit Control Executive Based in Head Office

  • Responsible for the collection of head office or branch dealers accounts 
  • Visit & build rapport with HQ dealers & to solve collection issue if any 
  • Conduct accounts reconciliation with dealers
  • Review debtors' credit limit and terms regularly
  • Monitor debtors outstanding and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection report
  • Assisting in credit assessment and retrieving credit search for dealer

  • At least Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent field
  • Prefer 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in collection and credit assessment
  • Fresh graduate will be considered
  • Must have knowledge in Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel
  • Good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
  • Able to work independently and result-oriented
  • Positive attitude, committed, responsible, team player, pleasant, aggressive and persistent
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel

Internal Audit Executive Based in Head Office

  • Responsible for conducting risk-based operational, financial and compliance audits;
  • Evaluate effectiveness of compliance with Corporate operating policies and procedures, and regulatory requirements;
  • Evaluate adequacy and effectiveness of internal control to manage business and operational risks;
  • Assist in the establishment of Internal Controls and Risk Management Framework to promote good corporate governance, and to value-add to operational processes;
  • Responsible in effective management of internal audit deliverables;
  • Identify areas of concern, ability to assess their significance in relation to their possible impact on the Company's position, and to recommend corrective actions in mitigating risks;
  • Prepare audit reports with recommendations to the Management; and maintain records on the administration of audit projects and assigned activities;
  • Assist in the ad hoc engagements and investigation.

  • Degree in Accounting or Professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, CPA, MIA, CIA)
  • At least 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably from public accounting firm and/or with internal audit experience in a large organization;
  • Able to map processes, and draw process flow chart;
  • Able to work independently and objectively;
  • Good verbal and written proficiency in English language;
  • Willing to travel outstation when necessary with maximum 20 - 30% travelling per annum. 
  • Knowledge on Audit Command Language ('ACL') software, Risk Management practices and/or Sarbanes Oxley ('SOX') is an added advantage;
