Steps to redeem/purchase:

- Login to your account with your registered username and password at
http://www.warranty.canonsys.net.my/Warranty/
- Click on 'Product Database' tab.
- Click on 'ePromo' button for registered product of camera/camcorders models.
- Key in Warranty Card Number of registered product (Optional)
- Choose and confirm your Redemption / Purchase item. Rate for every item is inclusive of shipping charges. Canon will courier the redemption/ purchase item via GD Express.
Shipping charges vary depending on the item being shipped.
- You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after order placement.
- Orders are generally shipped within 7 - 14 business days of being placed, holidays and weekends excepted. Order placed after the 20th of the month will be shipped in the following month.
- Strictly no cancellation after payment made.
