I want to put this in writing. I am grateful for your support and for going the extra mile.
Although I understand my 7D battery is due to arrive sometime end of this month, I knew I would be shooting with 1 battery and it would be very risky. I really appreciate you taking the trouble to send it to me early and on the day of my shoot. Since this is my first corporate video shoot with the 7D, it becomes even more significant to me. The message is clear, Canon really cares for their professional end users.
As I had only 1 battery, I was prepared to shoot some of our video with our backup XL2 video camera while the 7D is sent for recharge. The delivery personnel you sent arrived right at my client's doorstep all the way in Port Klang. He also arrived in time for me to swap batteries in the middle of our shoot. As a result, I completed the entire shoot with our 7D.
I brought two of my students with me to observe our video session and they too noticed the commitment of Canon. No doubt, this pleasant news will spread in college!
I will update you with footage shot on the 7D, very soon.

I just bought a Canon PS G11 where I realized LCD screen having white area at corner. I sent to Canon Service Centre situated at Saujana Resort. Counters serve inquiries from users fast. I got to use camera within 5 working days where the attendant helped to remark my case as urgent. Within 3hrs, service team called and clarify problem of my camera. Well done! I have no regret to purchase the brand.

Canon Service TERBAIK. on 30/03/10 I collected my flash which I’ve sent in for repair April 2009. I am very surprise that Canon have replaced my old 550ex speedlite to 580 M2, at very low price. Hi there, I have been using Canon Multi-function printers for years and I'm fine with the printer performance & quality. I just got my MF4150 fixed under warranty; this is a very good experience. The technician is friendly & helpful. He fixed the printer & give advises. I’m really impressed with the customer service that Canon Malaysia provided. Just 1 day after make the call, the printer is fixed. I'm going to purchase another Multi-function printer from again within a month. Keep the good works. I'll continue support Canon!
