I have no time to go to Canon Customer Care Centres. Where can I send my camera/printer products for servicing?
We have Canon Image Square centres nationwide that help act as collection centres. Take note of the operating hours. You may visit the centre nearest to you. The outlet will assist to send in your product to Canon Head Office. For this, there will be a handling charge instituted by these outlets. If there are no major problems, with the spare part available, that is if needed, for KL/PJ customers you will be able to collect back your product from the outlet within 10 working days. For outstation customers, the waiting time may take slightly longer due to delivery and transportation issues involved.
Can I request for service and repair if I do not have a valid local warranty?
Services will be chargeable without a valid local warranty

I have sent in my printer/camera to your Customer Care Centre in Canon Office for service/repair. I need to check the status of repair/service.

Normal time taken for camera servicing/repair is between 7-10 working days, subject to parts being available. Our service engineers will contact you if charges are RM200 & above. For charges below RM200, our service engineers will proceed with repair unless advised by you at the time you sent in your product. Normal time taken for printers repair/servicing is within 14 working days.
